Crumbs isn’t out yet. The steps below follow the current app, so names may change before launch.

Please don’t send screenshots of your logs or anything about the people you’re seeing. We don’t need it to help.
Your account
The 6-digit code didn’t arrive
Check your spam or junk folder first. Then tap Resend code on the code screen. A new code works and the old one stops working. A code expires after 10 minutes.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We’ll send you a link to choose a new one.
Sign in with Apple or Google
During the beta, you sign in with your email. Apple and Google sign-in come later.
Your data
Delete your account
In the app, go to You → Delete account → Delete my account, type DELETE, and tap Delete everything. If you haven’t signed in recently, Crumbs asks for your password to confirm it’s you. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone. Your data is removed from our database right away, and we email you to confirm. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription: cancel that in your Apple ID settings first.
Export your data
Export isn’t available in the app yet. To get a copy of your data now, email [email protected].

Privacy and security
Does Crumbs read my messages?
No. Crumbs never reads your messages and doesn’t connect to any message app. You log interactions yourself.
Can the people I track see anything?
No. Nothing is shared with or visible to the other person.
Turn off usage analytics
Go to You → Privacy and switch off Share usage analytics.
Lock Crumbs with Face ID or Touch ID
Go to You → Privacy → Face ID / Touch ID. To sign out of every device, tap Log out on all devices on the You tab.
Keep names off your lock screen
Notifications are discreet by default. To choose, go to You → Notifications: Discreet mode keeps names off your lock screen, and Full Preview shows them.
Subscription
Prices and trial
Monthly is $9.99 per month and annual is $99.99 per year. Both start with a 7-day free trial.
Restore a purchase
Go to You → Subscription → Restore purchases.
Cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Crumbs and tap Cancel Subscription. Do it at least 24 hours before the period ends, or it renews.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
