Features
Your dating life, organized.
Built on what you log. Crumbs never reads your messages.
Your roster
Everyone you’re seeing, in one view.
People dashboard
Each person’s status, last contact, what you’ve spent, and your own rating, side by side.
Status and intent, your call
You set each person’s status (Talking, Dating, Situationship, Breadcrumbing, Ghosted, Benched or Ended) and, if you like, an intent (Just fun, Seeing where it goes, Genuinely interested or Not sure yet). Crumbs only suggests; your choice wins.
Quick-log in two taps
“They texted” or “I texted”, when, and an optional tone like Flirty or Dry.
Timeline and notes
Every log and note for a person, newest first.
Archive or delete
Archive someone to hide them and their alerts while keeping their history, and bring them back anytime. Delete removes them and everything about them, for good.
Plans and dates
Who you’re meeting, and when.
Dates & Calendar
Planned dates, birthdays, anniversaries and other dates you add, for everyone, in one week view.
Mark how it went
One tap after a planned date: Happened, They cancelled, I cancelled or Rescheduled.
Post-date rating
“How did this leave you feeling?” from 1 to 5. It’s your rating, nothing else.
Discreet reminders
A heads-up before planned dates, birthdays and anniversaries, with no names on your lock screen unless you turn on Full Preview.
Patterns
What your logs look like over time. Patterns, never verdicts.
Vibe Check
Six quick questions give you a Day-0 read before you’ve logged anything: a summary of your answers, never an alert.
Breadcrumbing pattern
From the timing and direction you log, your tags and your date outcomes. When it shows up, it reads “This pattern looks like breadcrumbing.”
Love bomb pattern
“This pattern looks like a love bomb: very intense early on, now cooling.” Measured against that person’s own earlier logs.
Benching pattern
From logged contact that comes and goes, and from planned-date outcomes.
Time to Ghost
Whether the reply times you log are changing: Stable, Slowing, Significantly slowing or Not enough data. No percentages, no dates.
Effort Score
Who started each conversation, from your logs: You and Them counts, labeled Balanced, Mostly you or Mostly them.
Notifications hub
Pattern alerts and reminders in one place.
Money and time
What you put in, next to how it felt.
Spend tracker
Log what you spend, per person.
Time invested
Hours logged and plans made per person, next to your own rating. Facts only.
Budget and budget alerts
Set a monthly dating budget and get a heads-up as you get close. You pick the amount; Crumbs never suggests one.
ROI per person
Money and time shown next to your own rating. A reflection, never a value score.
Weekly Wrap
Your Week in Crumbs.
Sundays, 6pm
A recap of your week: who was active, alerts caught, spend against your budget, and one pattern of the week from your own logs. Share it as a card with no names or photos.
Glowup
For after a rough one.
Exit Messages
Written templates you pick by tone and situation, and edit before copying. Crumbs never sends anything for you.
Recovery tools
Something to reach for right after a ghosting or a rejection.
Private and yours
Locked, synced, and yours to take.
Face ID / Touch ID
Lock Crumbs so nobody reads over your shoulder.
Sync
Sign in on a new iPhone or iPad and your data is there.
Delete anytime
Delete your account in the app and your data is removed from our database right away.
Dark mode
Easy on the eyes at 2am.
Export isn’t available in the app yet. More on privacy: Private by design.
